Caliber Principal Linda Welter, APR, was honored with the prestigious 2023 Career Impact Award from the Southern Arizona chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA). This award recognized her long-term contributions to the industry and community, exemplifying Caliber’s values of leadership, dedication, and excellence.

Welter has served in leadership roles for PRSA throughout her career, including chapter president, Western District chair, and Western District Conference committee chair. She also served as chair of the PRSA Board of Ethics and Professional Standards, and co-authored the the ethics guidelines PRSA practitioners nationwide follow today.

Beyond her work with PRSA, Welter has dedicated a successful career to helping clients across many industries build, reposition and protect their organizations’ reputations through strategic consulting, crisis communications, change management, leadership coaching and more.
