Caliber is proud to announce that CEO Linda Welter has been recognized as a 2025 Woman Achiever in Corporate Leadership by the Arizona Capitol Times.

This award honors women across the state who demonstrate exceptional leadership, vision and impact in their organizations and communities.

Beyond driving success at the Caliber Group, Welter has held leadership positions on nonprofit boards, mentored emerging leaders, and co-authored the Public Relations Society of America’s code of ethics that guides PR professionals across the country. She also played a pivotal board leadership role in the merger of the Tucson Metro Chamber and Sun Corridor Inc. into the Chamber of Southern Arizona.
