Mandy Betz, Caliber account coordinator, was named the 2024 Rookie of the Year by the Southern Arizona chapter of the Public Relation Society of America (PRSA Southern Arizona). This award recognizes outstanding new professionals who demonstrate a sophisticated understanding of and commitment to the public relations field.

A 2022 graduate from the University of Arizona, Betz served on the PRSA Western District Conference Committee in 2023 and was the social media chair on the PRSA Southern Arizona Board of Directors in 2024. At Caliber, she manages social media and public relations campaigns for both the agency and its clients.
