Engage
Review and respond to the client request for services, identify team and process and obtain client approval to research and develop brand strategy and creative concepts.

Research
Research then define the situation analysis including marketing goals and objectives, problems/weaknesses, opportunities/strengths, target audiences, market conditions, competition, consumer opinions and brand preference.

Develop
Develop a marketing, public relations and brand strategy, including tactics, time frames and budget. Obtain client approval to execute strategies.

Create
Create three to five different creative concepts for each visual representation of the brand strategy, evaluate then obtain client approval on one direction and make refinements before production.

Execute
Select outside consultants to work with internal teams to execute all elements of the strategy and creative concepts recommended.

Evaluate
Monitor campaign and measure results and client satisfaction. If market conditions or consumer response warrant, we modify the plan to achieve desired results.
