Margaret means business. With advanced knowledge of accounting processes and expertise in financial analysis, budgeting and management, Margaret is responsible for Caliber’s day-to-day business operations and finance management.

Margaret has more than 20 years of business and finance experiences. She was an accountant and business analyst for the University of Arizona where she led the team implementing new financial and personnel systems. She was with VisionQuest National, Ltd. For nine years, as a corporate controller and cost accounting manager. She was also controller for five years for Prologic Management Systems, a publicly traded software development/manufacturing company. O’Connor spent four years as senior accountant and financial analyst for JewelWay International.

Margaret is completing her coursework toward a B.S. at the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona and is a licensed Realtor.
