Cindy knows media matters. She brings 27 years of professional experience in media buying and broadcast sales, event marketing and journalism to Caliber’s media planning and buying capability. Her knowledge, expertise and longstanding media and community relationships offer depth and quality to the services we provide our clients.

Cindy owned Target Media in Tucson from 1988 to 2008, where she provided marketing, advertising and media planning services to medium-size businesses. She was executive director of Junior Achievement of Arizona in Tucson from 2008 to 2009 and previously served in sales for Cox Media, KOLD-TV, KIIM-FM/KCUB-AM and as a journalist for KFXX-FM/KTZR-AM and KNST-AM.

Ramirez was a member of the Greater Leadership Tucson Class of 2009 and received a bachelor’s degree in Radio and Television from the University of Arizona. Cindy’s ties to the community run deep with service on many non-profit boards such as the Southern Arizona Salvation Army, Information Referral Services, American Women in Radio & TV, The Tucson Ad Federation, The Tucson Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and currently the Tucson Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Foundation Board.
